DOMINICK C. STATILE received his B.A. from Villanova University in 1988, and his J.D. in 1991 from the University of Connecticut School of Law.  During law school, he was a clerk at a small Hartford law firm where he handled civil matters and workers’ compensation CRB appeals.  In his final year of law school, he joined Montstream & May, L.L.P. as a law clerk and became an associate upon graduation in 1991. He has handled cases involving all aspects of workers’ compensation, including 290a claims, and has argued before the Appellate and Supreme Courts of Connecticut.  He has written repeatedly for the Connecticut Bar Association’s Compensation Quarterly and has lectured on recent developments in workers’ compensation.  He is a member of the Connecticut and Hartford County Bar Association and became a partner in the firm in 2000.  Attorney Statile is a Board Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist.
