JOHN L. O’BRIEN received his Bachelor of Arts with honors in History from Trinity College in Hartford, CT in May, 2002.  He attended The Western New England College School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in May, 2008.  Prior to law school, Attorney O’Brien worked for several years as a legal assistant in Manhattan for the firm of Balber Pickard Maldonato & Van Der Tuin, PC.  During law school Attorney O’Brien clerked for the Law Offices of Barbara J. Collins in Hartford; and for Pomeranz, Drayton and Stabnick in Glastonbury, where he continued after graduation until he joined Montstream & May.
