KAREN A. ACQUARULO received her B.A. in legal studies as well as her J.D. from Quinnipiac University.  She graduated from the School of Law in May, 2000.  During and prior to law school she worked as a paralegal focusing primarily in workers’ compensation and personal injury matters, first with a sole practitioner and then with Travelers staff counsel.  She has handled primarily workers’ compensation cases and taught paralegal courses at Quinnipiac University.  In addition, she has acted as a judge for the Law School’s Moot Court program.  Ms. Acquarulo is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Workers’ Compensation Section.  She has written seminar materials for clients and spoken at statewide seminars on issues of workers’ compensation litigation.
