MATTHEW S. NECCI is a 2003 graduate of the University of Connecticut, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Journalism.  He received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2006.  While in law school, Mr. Necci served as an intern at the New York County District Attorney’s Office and at the Office of the Attorney General of Connecticut.  He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 2006.  Mr. Necci was also admitted to the New York Bar in 2007.  He joined Montstream & May, L.L.P. as a workers’ compensation associate in 2007.  In 2009, Mr. Necci was appointed to the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section, where he serves as Co-Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Committee.
